Q: How quickly will I receive my items?
A: After the next Wednesday pickup (or same day if RUSH is selected), we pack and ship your items. Delivery time depends on your selected shipping method—options range from overnight to 5 business days.

Q: How much does this service cost?
A:

• Pickup Fee: $15 (non-refundable)

• RUSH Pickup: Additional $25

• Packing & Shipping: Varies by item size, weight, value, destination, and speed. You'll be contacted with a final quote before shipping.

Q: What if the shipping cost is too high?
A: No problem — you can decline shipping at that point. However, unshipped items will be disposed of.

Q: Do you pick up on weekends?
A: No. Pickups are only done on Wednesdays during business hours, weather permitting.

Q: What happens if my items are no longer at the location when you arrive?
A: If the items are not available when we arrive, your pickup fee will be fully refunded.

Q: Can I track my shipment?
A: Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your item is shipped.
