Pickup Schedule
We make local pickups once a week — every Wednesday afternoon, weather permitting and provided the business location is open. If you need faster service, RUSH Pickup is available Monday through Friday before 3 PM for an additional fee.

Pickup Fee
A non-refundable $15 pickup fee will be charged to your card before we collect your items. This fee covers retrieval of belongings typically left at hotels or golf courses in the North Myrtle Beach area.

RUSH Service Option
For an additional $25, RUSH service guarantees item pickup and shipment within 24 hours (on weekdays).

Packing & Shipping
We bring your items to The UPS Store located on 730 Main Street North Myrtle Beach where the experts will pack and ship your item directly to you. UPS professionals will securely pack your items, and an employee will call you to:

  • Review packing and shipping options

  • Confirm your total cost

  • Answer any questions

Shipping & Insurance
You may choose from various shipping speeds (from overnight to 5 business days). Your shipment is covered for loss or damage during transit.

Before we ship your item:

  • We’ll contact you with a full quote.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a receipt and tracking number by email.
